If you receive something and are not pleased, safely re-wrap in the shipping package and return insured. The item will be inspected before a refund is issued.
If the packaging and contents are damaged in shipping, refuse the package and contact us and we will contact the carrier to make a claim.
If the package arrives without damage, but there is internal damage to the product, we inspect all items before shipping to make sure they are in pristine condition when placed in the shipping carton. You will need to describe the type of damage to the product before we will authorize a return. If possibly damaged by the shipper, we will contact the carrier to make a claim. You will need to hold the package for the carrier to pick up and inspect.
