Burma Road by Charles Wysocki is a limited edition lithograph, the first in the edition of 14 different images he signed before his death, each to be released over a period of years. As a child, riding on secondary roads, there was an advertisement for Burma Shave, a series of signs with a rhyme. Mr. Wysocki used that idea for his first print in the series with the poem “dewhiskered Kisses defrost the misses… Burma Shave.” The road in the art takes you through a country community and into the countryside. The print will come with the certificate.
